One of the great luminaries of CBT, Dr Leslie Sokol is a distinguished founding fellow of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. She co-authored the number one bestseller, The Comprehensive Clinician’s Guide to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Dr Sokol is the former education director of the Beck Institute where she led training in CBT across the globe. She served as chair of Behavioral Science for the Mercy Suburban Hospital for two decades and has a private practice in Philadelphia.
