Dr Crysal Park is a professor of psychology and the director of the Spirituality, Meaning and Health Lab at the University of Connecticut. She is an eminent expert in the psychology of religion and spirituality, with over 350 scientific papers and six book titles. Her trailblazing research explores health psychology, stress-related growth, integrative medicine and the influence of beliefs, goals and values on coping with trauma. Most recently, she has been examining mind-body relationships with a focus on the science of yoga.
