Dr Aaron Brinen is an assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr Brinen co-developed Recovery-oriented Cognitive Therapy and has since conducted workshops around the globe to assist people experiencing psychosis and schizophrenia. He has also helped formalize and systemize CT-R in different health settings for both individual and group therapy sessions. Dr Brinen regards himself foremost as a clinician and continues to serve individuals in specialty clinics at Vanderbilt.
