Dr Jessamy Hibberd is a highly respected Clinical Psychologist, bestselling Author, Speaker and Commentator. She gained her Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) accreditation at the top-ranking Institute of Psychology at King's College London.

Dr Hibberd has written several books, including the Amazon number one bestseller, The Imposter Cure: How to stop feeling like a fraud and escape the mind-trap of imposter syndrome. She is one of the United Kingdom's foremost self-help experts.

Dr Hibberd regularly contributes to newspapers and magazines, such as the Guardian and the Telegraph. In addition, she provides expert advice for women's mental health, regularly appearing on National and Commercial radio.

Dr Hibberd headlined the TEDx University of Nicosia talks in November 2017. She believes in a kind and compassionate approach to therapy and specialises in CBT, Schema Focussed Therapy (SFT) and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT).
