Dr BJ Fogg is a behavior scientist and a research associate at Stanford University, and founder and director of the Behavior Design Lab . He also trains innovators to create solutions that influence behavior, with a focus on health, finances, learning and productivity.

Dr Fogg is arguably best known for his breakthrough method, "Tiny Habits" – how small daily routines can lead to lasting change in individuals, improving health, fitness, relationships, work and more.

Dr Fogg’s book Tiny Habits is a New York Times bestseller and has been featured in numerous media outlets, such as Business Insider, Forbes and The Wall Street Journal. The book is set to be translated into more than 15 languages. He also wrote Persuasive Technology and Mobile Persuasion.

Fortune magazine named Dr Fogg as a ‘New Guru You Should Know’, while he has been heavily influential among technological innovators in Silicon Valley. He worked closely with Dr Philip Zimbardo as part of his doctoral studies at Stanford.
