Dr V. Mark Durand is a distinguished professor of psychology at the University of South Florida. He is a world-leading expert in childhood behavioral problems, parenting strategies and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Dr Durand is highly respected for developing Positive Family Intervention protocols for mental health professionals and Functional Communication Training, a treatment for severe behavior problems. He has published more than 100 research articles, written 12 books and developed textbooks used in over 1000 universities globally.
