Dr Jane Gregory is a highly specialized clinical psychologist and doctoral research fellow at the University of Oxford. She is a pioneer of cognitive-behavioral therapies for individuals with severe misophonia – a sensory phenomenon that causes an intense emotional reaction to everyday sounds like eating and breathing. Dr Gregory is co-author of the S-Five, the world’s first valid and reliable questionnaire that captures the complexity of the misophonia experience. She runs the website Sounds Like Misophonia, making research easier to understand for non-scientists.
