Dr Fiona Challacombe is a King’s College London clinical lecturer and research tutor at the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology Training and Research. She is an eminent scholar and expert on the impact of perinatal OCD on women and children. In 2017, Dr Challacombe led the first RCT of CBT for postpartum OCD and has since investigated treatments for perinatal stress and anxiety disorders. Her latest self-help guide, Break Free from Maternal Anxiety, provides a practical route to overcoming worries and enjoying parenthood.
