Dr Ronda Oswalt Reitz is the Coordinator for Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) at the Missouri Department of Mental Health. In this role, she is responsible for the training, consultation, implementation, evaluation and supervision of all DBT services statewide.

Dr Reitz is a highly sought-after trainer and consultant of DBT for Behavioral Tech, the company founded by Dr Marsha Linehan.

Between her work in community mental health, an inpatient forensic hospital, and the Missouri Department of Mental Health, Dr Reitz has been a leader in DBT services for almost three decades. She is an expert in the development and implementation of comprehensive DBT programming in settings as diverse as inpatient hospitals, community programs and forensic services.

Dr Reitz is also an Adjunct Faculty member of the University of Missouri School of Psychological Sciences. As well as organizing and managing programs and teams, she is a key supervisor for trainee psychologists and DBT clinicians.
