Dr Simon Rego is an esteemed clinical psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments. He is chief psychologist, director of psychology training and director at the CBT Training Program at the Montefiore Medical Center. He is also an associate professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr Rego specializes in anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia and body-focused repetitive behavior. He has authored three books and published numerous articles and book chapters.
