Dr Martha E. Wadsworth is a Professor of Psychology, Director of Clinical Training and interim Co-director of The Psychological Clinic at The Pennsylvania State University. She is an expert in environmental stress.
As director of the Coping and Regulation of Environmental Stress (CaRES) Lab, Dr Wadsworth explores poverty-related stress and health disparities. She is particularly interested in how children, adolescents and families cope in these circumstances and the interventions and programs that can make a positive difference.
