Dr Kelly-Ann Allen is an educational and developmental psychologist specializing in belonging and social inclusion. She is the lead director of the Global Belonging Collaborative research group and an associate professor in educational psychology and counseling at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. Dr Allen’s research offers insights into the concept of belonging throughout life, particularly how it relates to depression in adolescents and school settings. Her work aims to improve the lives of youth and help schools create better environments for their students.
