Dr David J. Keuler has been in practice for nearly 25 years and is known for his long-standing expertise in cognitive-behavioral treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and other related conditions. He is a Clinical Psychologist and an Assistant Director of the Behavior Therapy Center of Greater Washington, where he founded and co-directs the center’s Extern Training Program.

Dr Keuler holds a non-tenured faculty appointment as Assistant Professor of Medical/Clinical Psychology at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.

Dr Keuler authored the groundbreaking title, Healing from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: A Mindfulness-Enhanced CBT Approach to Regaining Control and Restoring Peace of Mind. He is also co-author of a number of studies exploring pharmacological interventions for OCD.

Dr Keuler began his research training within the Adult Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Unit of the National Institute of Mental Health. He later trained at the prestigious Bellevue Hospital Center in New York City prior to joining the Behavior Therapy Center of Greater Washington. Dr Keuler has presented at several national conferences and is closely aligned with the International Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Foundation.
