Dr Jill Rathus is a world-renowned authority on Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is the co-author of three leading texts on DBT for adolescents, including the widely used DBT Skills Manual for Adolescents. Dr Rathus has particular expertise with depression and anxiety disorders, adolescent suicidality and Borderline Personality Disorder. For over two decades, Dr Rathus was a professor of psychology at Long Island University. She is the co-founder and co-director of Cognitive Behavioral Associates.
