Randy Wolbert is a highly experienced trainer of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). He has consulted for over two decades and facilitated large-scale projects across the globe.

Wolbert has worked with Behavioral Tech since 1999, the reputed dissemination organization established by DBT founder Marsha Linehan. He has also served as Clinical Director of InterAct of Michigan, leading programs on DBT, dual disorders and community treatment.

Wolbert has also taught Zen and Mindfulness across the US and abroad. He was confirmed as a Zen Sensei in 2018 and received transmission as a Zen Rōshi (Master) in 2021. Wolbert has authored a book chapter on integrating mindfulness into DBT therapy in the Oxford Handbook of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

A Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Wolbert has had extensive experience in public mental health and with persons with substance use disorders. He was previously a Board Member of the DBT-Linehan Board of Certification.
