Dr Rick Hanson is a revered psychologist, celebrated speaker and senior fellow at UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center. His research explores neuroplasticity, well-being, psychological growth, relationships and families. Founder of the Wellspring Institute for Neuroscience and Contemplative Wisdom, he also holds expertise in mindfulness meditation. Dr Hanson has published six books available in 30 languages, including the New York Times bestseller, Hardwiring Happiness: The New Brain Science of Contentment, Calm and Confidence.
