Dr Ilyse Dobrow DiMarco has a growing reputation as one of the United States’ leading experts on the mental health and well-being of mothers, with special emphasis on maternal stress and anxiety, and helping mothers with young children. She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a popular and in-demand writer.

Dr Dobrow DiMarco has a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. Her writing has appeared in publications such as The Washington Post, Psychology Today, Parents.com, The Week, Motherwell, Motherly, Pop Sugar Moms and Scary Mommy. Dr Dobrow DiMarco is also the author of the recently published self-help book, Mom Brain: Proven Strategies to Fight the Anxiety, Guilt, and Overwhelming Emotions of Motherhood - and Relax into Your New Self.

Passionate about providing help and information for mothers, Dr Dobrow DiMarco is the founder of the website DrCBTMom.com. She is also the founder of the North Jersey Center for Anxiety and Stress Management and was previously an Assistant Director of the Anxiety Disorders Clinic at the Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology.
