Dr Fiona Kennedy is Managing Director at Greenwood where she is leading the way for clinicians by offering supervision and performance mentorship. She demonstrates how third wave therapies, including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) can be integrated into Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for effective patient treatment.

Dr Kennedy is co-author of three books including the highly commended title Get Your Life Back: The Most Effective Therapies For A Better You.

Dr Kennedy is a consultant and lifelong Fellow at the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), Dream a Dream in Bangalore, India. She implements psychosocial interventions such as acquiring life skills that help children and teachers thrive amongst adverse conditions.

As part of her work with Dream a Dream, Dr Kennedy has contributed to developing the Life Skills Assessment Scale, based on the World Health Organization’s life skills list.
