Dr Richard Tedeschi is a clinical psychologist and the distinguished chair of the Boulder Crest Institute for Posttraumatic Growth. A world-leading expert in bereavement and loss, Dr Tedeschi has worked with survivors of trauma and life crises for over 35 years. His pioneering research has been published in over 100 scholarly papers and numerous books, including Trauma and Transformation: Growing in the Aftermath of Suffering. He serves as a consultant to the APA, a subject matter expert for the US Army and a professor emeritus of psychological science at UNC Charlotte.
