Dr Jesse Wright is one of the world’s foremost experts on best practice CBT. A psychiatry professor and director of the University of Louisville Depression Center, he has written no less than seven highly acclaimed books on CBT. These include Getting Your Life Back and Learning Cognitive-behavior Therapy which is used as a standard text in training programs globally. Dr Wright is lauded for his research and development of computer-aided psychotherapy programs including Computer-Assisted CBT. He is a past president of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy.
